Short version: no cookies, no tracking, no mailing list.

The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the contact form. It exists to let us read your message and reply. That's the entire scope.

What we collect

• The name you type into the contact form.
• The email address you type into the contact form.
• The message you type into the contact form.

Nothing else. No analytics. No fingerprinting. No cookies are written by this site.

Why we collect it

To read your message and reply. The lawful basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — you actively click "Tell us your problem". You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; we'll delete the message and any reply thread tied to it.

Where it goes

Your submission travels through three processors:

• Cloudflare, Inc. Hosts the static HTML/CSS/JS of this site. EU edge points-of-presence. GDPR-compliant DPA, SCC-aligned. Does not see contact-form submissions — the form posts directly to Web3Forms (below).
• Web3Forms Third-party form-relay service (Web3Forms FZ-LLC, UAE). Receives your submission and relays it to the controller's inbox via email. Privacy policy claims SCC + GDPR DPA compliance for EU senders.
• Google LLC Operates the info@vrgitsolutions.eu inbox via Google Workspace. Standard Google DPA + SCC apply.

After delivery, the message sits in our email inbox (the controller's own mailbox) until the inquiry is closed.

If your browser can't reach Web3Forms (network error, service outage), the form falls back to your local mail client via a mailto: link. In that case, no third-party relay touches the submission — it goes from your mail client directly to info@vrgitsolutions.eu.

How long we keep it

Until your inquiry is closed (typically under 90 days), unless we mutually agree to continue a longer engagement, in which case the email thread is retained as evidence of the working relationship. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

What we don't do

• We don't set any cookies on this site.
• We don't use third-party analytics (Google Analytics, Plausible, Umami, etc.).
• We don't run a mailing list, newsletter, or marketing automation.
• We don't share, sell, or rent the message to anyone.
• We don't log your IP address. CF reads it at request time for spam filtering, but it's never persisted.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us to:

• Access — see a copy of what we hold about you.
• Rectify — fix anything inaccurate.
• Erase — delete it.
• Restrict — limit how we use it.
• Port — get a copy in a portable format.
• Object — tell us to stop processing it.

To exercise any of these, email info@vrgitsolutions.eu. We reply within 2 business days.

If we mess up

You can complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information: naih.hu.
